A deposit of 50% of the first night is required for each room booked. A cancellation made prior to the seven days before date of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited.

We reserve the right to take the full value of the total booking or the difference if we are unable to re-let the room to the same value.

We strongly recommend that use of travel insurance to protect you from unforseen circumstances that may cause you to cancel your booking.
